By downloading, installing, or using Togé ("the App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the App.
Togé is a mobile application that helps groups track and split shared trip expenses. It runs primarily on your device, with optional features for backing up your data to your own Google Drive and syncing a trip live with your group.
Togé is free. There is no subscription, no paywall, and no in-app purchase required to use any of its core features. We built it this way on purpose — a tracker for shared expenses shouldn't add an expense of its own.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into Togé — trip details, amounts, and who paid what. Togé calculates settlements based on what you and your group enter; we have no way of verifying it. Please use the App respectfully, and only for its intended purpose of organizing genuine shared expenses.
Signing in with Google and enabling Live Sync are both entirely optional. Using them means relying on services provided by Google and by public Nostr relay servers, which operate under their own terms and availability — Togé isn't responsible for outages or issues on their end.
Togé is provided "as is." While we build and test it carefully, we can't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times. We recommend keeping an eye on your trip totals the same way you would with any tool handling shared money.
To the extent permitted by law, Togé and its creators are not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from the use of the App — including disagreements between trip members over expenses or settlements calculated within it. Togé is a tool to help organize shared spending; the trust between the people using it remains their own.
Togé's name, design, and code are the property of its creators. You're welcome to use the App for its intended purpose, but not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute it without permission.
We may update, change, or discontinue features of Togé over time as we continue improving it. We'll do our best to keep your local data intact through any update.
You can stop using Togé at any time by uninstalling the App. If you've signed in with Google, you can disconnect your account from Settings before uninstalling.
If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
